Board of Directors
The Russell Gardens HOA Board of Directors consists of a president, secretary and treasurer. The board is charged with managing the financial and day-to-day operations of the HOA. The board draws authority from state law (ORS Chapter 94.550 to 94.785); the Russell Gardens Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs); and the Russell Gardens HOA Bylaws.
Board meetings are usually held monthly online via Zoom.
Members of the board in 2024 are:
President: Nick Houtman (term ends February 2025)
Treasurer: Scott Fraser (term ends February 2026)
Secretary: Mike Steed (term ends February 2026)
